1.5kg baby carrots or 10–12 large carrots, peeled and cut
4 red bell peppers, sliced into strips
2 yellow/orange bell peppers, sliced into strips
500g cherry tomatoes
300g radishes, halved
300g sugar snap peas or green beans (optional)
1 head of celery, sliced into sticks
Optional: 500g mini sweetcorn, asparagus tips, or broccoli florets, lightly blanched
Arrange veggies by color in circular or line patterns on a large wooden board or tray.
Add fresh herbs (like sprigs of parsley, mint, or rosemary) for garnish.
Place 2–3 dips in small bowls in the center (e.g. hummus, tzatziki, or roasted red pepper dip).
