🥕 Mediterranean Crudités Board — for 40 People


Serves: As a light starter/snack alongside dips like hummus, tzatziki, or baba ganoush
Style: Fresh, crunchy, colorful — designed for easy grazing

🧂 Vegetable Selection (approx. quantities):

  • 2–3 cucumbers, cut into sticks

  • 1.5kg baby carrots or 10–12 large carrots, peeled and cut

  • 4 red bell peppers, sliced into strips

  • 2 yellow/orange bell peppers, sliced into strips

  • 500g cherry tomatoes

  • 300g radishes, halved

  • 300g sugar snap peas or green beans (optional)

  • 1 head of celery, sliced into sticks

  • Optional: 500g mini sweetcorn, asparagus tips, or broccoli florets, lightly blanched

✅ Serving & Styling:

  • Arrange veggies by color in circular or line patterns on a large wooden board or tray.

  • Add fresh herbs (like sprigs of parsley, mint, or rosemary) for garnish.

  • Place 2–3 dips in small bowls in the center (e.g. hummus, tzatziki, or roasted red pepper dip).

  • Optional extras: breadsticks, mini pitas, or crackers tucked between.

👶 Tip: Keep the cherry tomatoes whole for safety or slice for toddlers. Add a small spoon or tongs for little hands to grab.
