2 cups Greek yogurt
2 cucumbers, grated and squeezed dry
2–3 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp dried dill or 2 tbsp fresh (optional)
Salt to taste
Grate cucumber, squeeze out excess liquid with hands or towel.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
