🥒🧄🍋 Tzatziki (Dip for 60 People)


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt

  • 2 cucumbers, grated and squeezed dry

  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp dried dill or 2 tbsp fresh (optional)

  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Grate cucumber, squeeze out excess liquid with hands or towel.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
